Kangatraining classes in Penrith are now running!​

Kangatraining is a magic combination of babywearing education, postnatal safe fitness, connection and community with other mums, all the while continuing to bond with your baby.

​​

Older siblings are always welcome.

Classes start from $15 for a trial class (pop up classes also run at this price), and you can bring your own suitable carrier or hire one from me. Hire is free for your first class, and only $2 per class after that to cover washing expenses.
